New Features
- New Case Facts tracking in L&D: When new documents are added to an existing case, Sixfold now highlights which facts were newly discovered. This helps underwriters quickly identify what’s changed, assess the impact on risk, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Enhancements
- Business Classification improvements in P&C: A focused round of updates aimed at reducing false positives and improving classification accuracy.
- New slider UI for risk signal weighting in P&C: Underwriters can now use a slider to set the weight of each risk signal, enabling rapid customization of how signals influence outcomes. This makes the system more transparent, flexible, and aligned with actual underwriting appetite.
Fixes
- Resolved issue affecting large cases in L&D: Fixed an issue where cases containing hundreds of document pages could trigger an error when generating the case overview.

- Separated Medications and Procedures into distinct tabs in More Information: L&D users can now view Medication and Procedure facts in two separate sections, making navigation and review easier.
- Simplified card structure for Medications and Procedures in L&D: Users will no longer see nested cards for repeated mentions of the same fact in source documents. All relevant details are now consolidated into a single top-level card.
Fixes
- Resolved hover state issue during document categorization in L&D: Fixed a UI issue where hover states did not dismiss properly when setting document categories during case creation.
